SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, though this may vary depending on your location, courier availability, customs clearance, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Frore Therapy is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
