Refund policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrectly supplied products may qualify for a full replacement or refund regardless of whether they have been opened. To initiate a return or report a defective item, please contact frorestore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
